Marco is a pre-launch relocation platform for people moving from the UK to Europe. At this stage, the site provides information and lets you register your interest: join the tenant waitlist, register as a landlord or agency, submit a property for consideration, or request a city guide.

Registering your interest or submitting details does not create any contract, tenancy, booking, or listing, and it is not a guarantee that we will contact you, feature your property, or launch in your city. We may contact you about Marco using the details you provide.

By using the site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that any information you give us is accurate and yours to share. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Submit false or misleading information, or information that is not yours to share
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the site
• Copy, scrape, or reuse content from the site without our permission

If you submit a property or register as a landlord or agency, you confirm that you are entitled to offer the property and that the details you provide are accurate. Submissions are for our consideration only. We are under no obligation to list a property or to respond, and we may decline any submission at our discretion.

The Marco name, logo, branding, site design, and content are owned by WithMarco Ltd or our licensors, and are protected by law. You may view the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content or branding without our written permission.

Marco's content, including any city guides and relocation information, is provided for general information only. It is not legal, immigration, tax, financial, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Always seek advice from a suitably qualified professional before making decisions about your move.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any information on it is complete or up to date. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
